The Problem

K9 Lifeline was not happy with their existing website in part due to the design, but they were extremely fed up with the long page-load times that customers were experiencing. For a business that brings in revenue through their website, their existing website was not getting the job done. It was old, slow, out of date, and just looked bland.

What they sell is simple, but extremely valuable to dog owners and trainers. K9 Lifeline is a world famous training, boarding, and daycare facility located in Utah – where they sell their patented K9 Lifeline Transitional Leash ®.

Providing a new website where a user can navigate to different can easily navigate to learn about their business, products, and purchase items was extremely important.

The Approach
  • Overhaul the existing brand to create a modern, visually appealing, and unique branding playbook.
  • Design a beautiful and user-friendly website that conveys the right message while still focusing on the product.
  • Introduce a sub-brand called Heather’s Heroes to focus on eCommerce sales.
  • Optimize the website to keep users engaged and reduce page bounces, keeping customers on-site for longer durations.

As Seen on The Profit

When Marcus Limonis from CNBC’s The Profit approached us about surprising Heather at Super Zoo in Las Vegas, NV with a full booth display set up with a brand new design, new assets, and new packaging for “Heather’s Heroes”, we knew we had to step up.

We had two weeks to complete the design, execution, and actual ordering process to make sure her booth was ready in time. Her reaction was priceless!
